HOW TO WEAR YOUR GRIPBEATS® IN GRIP MODE

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  1. A GripBeats® device.

  2. One hand!

STEP 1
  1. Pick a hand, left or right and hold it out in front of you with the palm facing upwards.

  2. Place the GripBeats® core (the main circular section of the device) on your wrist which is now facing up, and strap the device to your wrist as if putting on a watch. Your palm and the core should now both be facing upwards.

  3. Still with your palm facing upwards, take the FPC (long strap section of the device) and position it between the thumb and index of the palm-facing side of your hand.

  4. Continue to wrap the FPC around the back of the hand so that it covers the knuckles and then wrap the FPC again around the palm-facing side of the hand but this time over the upper section or "callus" section of the palm.

  5. Once again, wrap the FPC around through the thumb and index before then attaching the end connector to the slideable buckle strap. The buckle strap is slideable so that you may adjust the tightness of your GripBeats® device. Ideally, you just want the device to be snug and comfortable on your hand so that it doesn't slip off when moving.

  6. You are now in Grip Mode! Watch the video if text alone doesn't quite help you!
